Population: Graduate Students, Upperclassmen students (must be a Junior or Senior by credits, or 20+ years old)
Accessibility: Four story building. One elevator. Ramp to residence hall from parking lot.
Staffing: One student Resident Advisor per floor. One live-in professional Area Coordinator.
In-Suite Amenities:
- Three person suites: single bedroom, double bedroom
- Single Bedroom: single by design, twin xl bed, closet, dresser, desk, desk chair
- Double Bedroom: two twin xl beds, two closets, two dressers, two desks, two desk chairs
- Living room: couch, coffee table, coaxial connection to cable
- Bathroom: vanity, shower, toilet
- Gender neutral suites (at student's request)
