The Saremi Center for Career Development provides guidance, tools, and resources for career success -- both during and after your time at AIC.
In addition to providing regular workshops on developing your career portfolio, the Saremi Center also administers AIC's work-study and graduate assistant programs, assists students with internships and experiential learning, and maintains a list of full-time and part-time external employment opportunities in our AIC jobs portal, JobX.
The Saremi Center is the result of the shared vision of noted alumnus and trustee K. Kevin Saremi and his wife and fellow alumna Debbie Saremi. Both had enjoyed a favorable experience with what was then known as “The Placement Center” when they were students at the college. Through their generosity and stewardship, the Career Development Office was renovated and supplied with modern equipment to empower a new generation of American International College students and alumni to receive the help and assistance to define, develop and to achieve their employment goals.

The Saremi Center for Career Development partners with students, alumni, and campus and employer constituents, to encourage and support ongoing career development in pursuit of impactful lives with integrity, respect, and a sense of community contribution and belonging.
VISION:
The Saremi Center for Career Development will be the hub providing education, preparation, and resources to all students and alumni both on and off campus to establish and nurture rewarding lifelong connections. Furthermore, it will partner with community employers to identify and develop in-demand programs that meet the evolving needs of the workforce through AIC’s unique and diverse student body.
