The Dexter counseling team focuses on assessment and intervention services for American International College students, using a short term therapeutic model. Here at Dexter counseling services, we focus on identifying issues or major concerns, problem-solving, and providing support to help students develop strategies to address their personal goals. Our mission is to help students effectively manage academic, developmental and interpersonal challenges in an ever changing landscape so that they can function successfully during their time at AIC.
Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:00 PM
Our office is on the second floor of Mallary Hall, which is located on the Wilbraham Road side of campus next door to the Office of the Registrar.
The Dexter Counseling Center offers a broad range of programs and services to assist students in dealing with life’s challenges and stresses before they become insurmountable. Our professional staff offers the following psychological services free of charge to students who are currently enrolled at American International College:
