Students may seek review only on the basis of one or more of the following:

  • a procedural error that could reasonably be expected to unfairly and materially affect the outcome of the case;
  • the discovery of new evidence that could reasonably be expected to alter the decision and was not available at the time of the hearing; or
  • the sanction is inconsistent with the gravity of the offense (recognizing that sanctioning is cumulative and not based solely on an individual case).
