As Cases Rise, Some Colleges Ramp Up COVID-19 Testing. Others Rely on Prevention

While some colleges in western Massachusetts are ramping up COVID-19 testing, not all schools have the resources for widespread testing. Since American International College pays $100 to Baystate Medical Center for each test, Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students Matt Scott said the college just can’t afford widespread testing.
