Tensions with China continue to rise with the United States recently ordering the consulate in Houston to close. The move comes after the U.S. accused the Chinese government of spying and stealing intellectual property. In addition, the United States reacted negatively to a new security law China imposed on Hong Kong. A Chinese territory since 1997, Hong Kong is supposed to operate under a “one country – two systems” rule.
