If you are a registered student at AIC and are trying to make a payment on your account for a current semester, please click HERE to access the online payment option for active students.

Online payment access for Invoice type of COLLECTION. 

Please have your invoice available and make sure that the invoice type is COLLECTION and that you have located your Student ID#. This is information is needed in order for the payment to be applied to the correct account.

Online Payment System:

  • Make an online payment from a US Bank Account or via a credit card
  • Does not display your account balance or account information
  • Automatic Recurring payments cannot be scheduled

Note: If you are a currently enrolled student, do not enter payments for your student bill on this system. Please go to the Payment Gateway.
