Health Insurance

Student Health Insurance: Waive or Enroll

Þ All new students are charged for the student health insurance ($1,480 for 2025 Spring semester only insurance)

Þ All students must either submit a valid waiver or enroll in the plan

Þ Enrollment and Waiver forms for the Spring 2025 opened on December 1 , 2024

Þ Review your statement and determine if you need to make some additional financial arrangements. (Available mid December or within 3-5 days of being registered for courses)

Þ Scroll to the Student Billing Statement 

Þ The college sends one initial email with a statement each semester. It is the responsibility of the student to access their statement online to view updates

If you are accepting your Federal Student Loans (Federal Subsidized Loan or Federal Unsubsidized Loan) then you are required to complete the following:

1. MPN for Undergraduates (Master Promissory Note)

2. Entrance Counseling

 

Parent:

If you applied for the Federal Parent Plus Loan, then you are required to complete the  following:
