 Policies:

  • I understand that the book voucher may only be used at the AIC campus bookstore.
  • I understand that books and supplies purchased with a bookstore voucher qualify as educationally related expenses and that my Federal Student Aid may automatically be applied to cover these charges. 
  • I understand the cost of the book/electronic access code will be added to my student account. I am responsible for all charges incurred.
  • I understand that I must be registered in the courses selected on this form
Financial Hardship:
  • I understand that I must have a demonstrated financial need and have exhausted all reasonable options available to me. These option may consist but are not limited to filing a FAFSA and accepting all federal  grants and loans offered to me.
 
Processing:
  • Once submitted the Student Accounts Office request will be reviewed by the appeal committee 
  • Approved requests will be sent to the AIC Campus Bookstore.
  • Students will be notified if the request is declined.
  • Please allow 3-71-3 business days for processing after submitting the request.
