Shea Library has access to new resources which are available for a limited time due to COVID-19. All of these resources can be found on the A-Z list of databases: https://libguides.aic.edu/az.php?

Below is a list of resources that have just recently become available:

Academic Ebook Collection (EBSCO):

This growing subscription package contains a large selection of multidisciplinary eBook titles representing a broad range of academic subject matter, and is a strong complement for any academic collection. The breadth of information available through this package ensures that users will have access to information relevant to their research needs.

Internet Archive National Emergency Library:

A collection of books and ebooks that supports emergency remote teaching, research activities, independent scholarship, and intellectual stimulation while universities, schools, training centers, and libraries are closed. Create your own username and password to download ebooks.

Gale in Context: College

Gale in Context: College includes interdisciplinary content that reinforces the development of skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, creativity, and innovation.

JSTOR and Arstor Open Access Collection

During the current COVID-19 crisis, JSTOR and our participating publishers are making additional content freely available to participating institutions where students have been displaced. AVAILABLE FOR A LIMITED TIME.

Additional resources available by searching in EBSCO Discovery:

(Use the EBSCO Discovery search box on the Library’s MyAIC page): Academic Search Ultimate, Business Source Ultimate, eBook Academic Collection, and an extended trial of Harvard Business Review eBook collection.

You may be prompted to sign into some of these resources. When you see a login screen, your library account is your AIC email address in ALL CAPS, including @AIC.EDU. Your password is your phone number without dashes or spaces, including the area code. If you cannot sign in, please email reference@aic.edu and someone will get back to you.
