Steps to Get Housing

STEP 1:

If you are interested in living on campus at AIC, complete the HCC-AIC Housing Interest Form to submit your interest to AIC Residence Life.

HCC students over the age of 18 years old enrolled full-time or part-time at HCC and in good academic, conduct, and other standings with AIC and HCC will be eligible for placement in housing.

STEP 2:

AIC Residence Life will reach out to you within 3-5 business days to confirm your interest form submission and the next steps for you on how to apply for housing using AIC credentials.

STEP 3:

You will have access to the AIC MyHousing Portal using your new AIC credentials. You will then apply for housing using the "Community College Student AIC Housing Application" on the MyHousing Portal.

AIC housing is closed for summer vacation beginning 24 hours after the student’s last final exam during the spring semester (typically within the second week of May) through the advertised re-opening for the fall semester (typically the last weekend of August), and during Fall Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break. Students are required to vacate AIC housing during these periods unless other arrangements are made in writing with AIC.
