Upcoming System Shutdowns & Transition to Jenzabar One

Dear Campus Community,

As we prepare for the transition to Jenzabar One (J1), please be aware of the following system shutdowns:

  • Today: Registrar and Student Accounts systems will be shut down at the end of the business day.
  • Tomorrow Morning: The Finance Office system will be shut down.

 

Important Notes:

  • The myAIC portal: https://my.aic.edu will continue to run and show your schedule and rosters but they will only contain data through the end of today.
  • Student payments can still be processed by going to Office of Student Accounts | myAIC page  
  • Complete updates to student balances will be visible once services are restored.

 

Temporary Office Hours:

To support the transition, the following offices will operate with adjusted hours:

📅 Starting Thursday, February 20
🕦 Open from 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Student Accounts
  • Registrar
  • Finance
  • Financial Aid
