Student Announcements

Dear Campus Community,

As we prepare for the transition to Jenzabar One (J1), please be aware of the following system shutdowns:

Today: Registrar and Student Accounts systems will be shut down at the end of the business day.
Tomorrow Morning: The Finance Office system will be shut down.

Important Notes:

The myAIC portal: https://my.aic.edu will continue to run and show your schedule and rosters but they will only contain data through the end of today.
Student payments can still be processed by going to Office of Student Accounts | myAIC page
Complete updates to student balances will be visible once services are restored.

Temporary Office Hours:

To support the transition, the following offices will operate with adjusted hours:

🕦 Open from 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM
