The sport of club hockey - just one step down from varsity - enjoys popularity at colleges across the country. Starting in the 2022-23 season, American International College will make club hockey part of its athletic agenda. In so doing, AIC will join the American Collegiate Hockey Association, which has 397 members. Club teams offer opportunities for more students to play hockey in a structured setting.
