The Saremi Center for Career Development maintains a list of open work-study positions on JobX: https://aic.studentemployment.ngwebsolutions.com.
AIC has both Federal Work-Study (FWS) positions and Institutionally Funded positions. If you have received federal work-study funds as part of your financial aid, you may apply to either FWS or Institutional positions. International students and students who do not receive FWS are eligible for Institutional positions only. For all campus jobs for students, go to JobX.
Both of these types of positions are limited! It is highly recommended that you take the time to submit a quality application and go directly to the supervisor listed on the posting (dressed to impress) to express your interest and make a great first impression. Supervisors rarely contact applicants and usually hire from those who make an effort to reach out to them.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: If you are hired, you will need to complete the Federal W-4 Form, IRS I-9 Form, Massachusetts M4 Form, and Direct Deposit Form. You will need to show us original identity documents to complete the I-9 Form. We cannot and will not accept scanned copies, photocopies, or any other substitute.

You are not authorized to begin work until your completed paperwork is on file and you have received an email from the Saremi Center for Career Development stating that you may begin work!
