REASONS FOR REQUESTING SUMMER HOUSING:
Summer classes, internships, or clinical/field study |
No charge for undergraduate students who are taking summer classes. Students will need to have their registration verified to qualify.
- Example 1: If an undergraduate student fails a class in the spring and must retake it over the summer, they will have to pay for the class, but not the housing.
- Example 2: If an undergraduate student wants to take a class, they’ll need in the fall early to get it out of the way, they will have to pay for the class, but not the housing.

Summer Work Program - Working Off Campus |
AIC is launching a Summer Work Program to allow students to pay off some of their student account bill while living on-campus for free. Students interested in participating in the Summer Work Program can learn more and apply online HERE.

On-Campus Work Study Position |
No charge if approved for a housing waiver. Contact your on-campus work-study supervisor about the housing waiver process. If you want a single, you will pay for the difference.

Athletic camps or training |
No charge during date ranges of active practice/conditioning/competition. Staying on campus otherwise will result in the charges listed above. |
